Your handgun. Your light. One exact fit.
A custom Kydex inside-the-waistband holster designed around the specific firearm and mounted weapon-light combination you select.
Build Your Light-Bearing HolsterPRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A mounted weapon light changes the overall shape of your handgun. That means a proper light-bearing IWB holster must account for more than the firearm alone: the light body, rail area, trigger guard, frame and controls all influence the final configuration.
At On Your 6 Designs, we build around the complete supported firearm-and-light pairing. Different lights and different firearm generations can require different molds. We do not treat a light-bearing shell as a universal fit or assume that similar-looking lights are interchangeable.
The finished configuration is designed to account for retention around the complete setup, coverage of the trigger area and clearance for the weapon light controls. Choose your carry hand, optic cut, optional concealment wing, upgraded metal belt clip and finish to match how you carry.
Every holster is made to order in San Antonio, Texas. Our team develops its own molds using 3D scanning, CAD design and CNC machining before forming and finishing the Kydex for your selected setup.
Firearm + light specific
Choose an exact supported handgun-and-light pairing rather than a generic light-bearing fit.
Retention designed as a unit
The firearm and mounted light are considered together when determining the holster configuration.
Trigger & light-control coverage
Our design considers the trigger area and clearance around the mounted light controls.
Built around your choices
Specify draw hand, optic cut, concealment wing, clip upgrade and available finish.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
The exact combination matters.
Your light model is part of the firearm-and-light option in the builder. Do not choose a similar combination just because it looks close. If your handgun, light or optic differs from a listed pairing, contact us before ordering.

GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a Light-Bearing IWB Holster different from a standard IWB?
A mounted light changes the shape and dimensions of the firearm. A light-bearing holster must be configured for the combined handgun, rail, trigger-guard area and light body—not simply provide extra room near the muzzle.
Do I need to select the exact weapon light?
Yes. Select the exact firearm-and-light pairing shown in the configurator. Different light models can have different dimensions, controls and attachment geometry.
Is retention based on the firearm or the light?
Retention can interact with the light body as well as the firearm. The exact retention geometry depends on the approved firearm-and-light combination and the mold used for it.
Does the holster cover the trigger guard?
Yes. Full trigger-guard coverage is a core part of the intended light-bearing holster design while accommodating the mounted light.
Can I change weapon lights and keep the same holster?
Do not assume so. A different light can change retention and control clearance. Contact us to confirm support for the new exact combination before using it.
Can I order a holster for a handgun with a red-dot optic?
The builder includes an optional optic cut. Choose the appropriate option for your actual handgun setup; an optic may change the clearance needed above the slide.
Why do different firearm generations matter?
Handguns in the same family can differ in dimensions, rails and controls between sizes and generations. The mounted light adds more fit considerations, which is why you must select the exact supported pairing.
What should I double-check before ordering?
Confirm the exact manufacturer, handgun model or generation, mounted light model, optic configuration, draw hand and all selected accessories. If your combination is not listed, contact our shop before ordering.
How do I know if my firearm and light are supported?
Only the exact firearm-and-light combinations shown under your selected manufacturer are supported in the online configurator. Do not substitute a visually similar combination.
Can I choose a concealment wing or metal belt clip?
Yes. The Light-Bearing builder includes optional concealment-wing and metal-belt-clip upgrades, with their current prices displayed when you select them.
Is my Light-Bearing IWB Holster made in Texas?
Yes. On Your 6 Designs manufactures its made-to-order holsters in San Antonio, Texas and develops its own molds using 3D scanning, CAD design and CNC machining.
How long does manufacturing take?
Our made-to-order production period is normally 7–10 business days after payment, excluding weekends. Shipping transit is additional.
