We understand that products used regularly experience wear. That’s why our warranty isn’t limited to manufacturing defects alone.

We stand behind our products long after the original purchase.

If you experience a problem with your On Your 6 Designs holster, contact us before sending anything back.

We’ll discuss the issue, review the product, and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

Depending on the problem, we may ask for photographs or request that the holster be returned for inspection.

We believe in making warranty service straightforward.

Shipping to Our Shop

If the product needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer is responsible for shipping it to our San Antonio facility.

Shipping Back to You

On Your 6 Designs covers the shipping cost to return your repaired or replacement holster.

Ordering the wrong manufacturer, model, carry hand, style, or configuration is not a manufacturing defect.

If an exchange is approved because the wrong product was selected during ordering, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

We always encourage customers to contact us before ordering if they have questions about compatibility or available options.
