At On Your 6 Designs, every holster is manufactured specifically for your order.

We don’t simply pull a pre-made holster from a shelf. Each product is crafted according to your selected manufacturer, model, carry hand, style, color, and available upgrades.

We appreciate your patience as we build your holster with the attention to detail it deserves.

Manufacturing Time

Our standard manufacturing time is 7–10 business days.

  • Manufacturing begins after payment has been processed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday.
  • Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.
  • Shipping transit time is additional.

Manufacturing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume or circumstances affecting production.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Your 30-day return period begins the day you receive your holster—not the day you place your order.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must have an approved RMA number before being shipped to our facility.

Our return policy includes:

  • No restocking fees.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Eligible returns are refunded after the merchandise is received and inspected.

Eligible refunds are generally initiated within 72 business hours after we receive and review the returned merchandise. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Ordered the Wrong Holster?

We understand mistakes happen.

If you accidentally select the wrong manufacturer, model, carry hand, or configuration, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

That includes returning the original product and paying the shipping cost for the replacement.

Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty

We stand behind what we make. Period.

Our holsters are backed by a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, broken clips, and other holster components.

If your holster requires warranty service:

  • The customer pays shipping to our facility, if a return shipment is necessary.
  • On Your 6 Designs pays shipping to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
