Founded in 2011, On Your 6 Designs is a veteran-owned, family-operated business proudly designing and manufacturing custom Kydex holsters in San Antonio, Texas.
We believe in quality craftsmanship, honest business practices, and straightforward customer service.
Please review these Terms and Conditions before placing an order through OY6D.com. By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
- Made-to-Order Products
Every holster we manufacture is made specifically for your order.
Customers select their preferred manufacturer, model, carry hand, holster style, color, and available upgrades.
Unlike mass-produced products, our holsters are individually manufactured based on these selections.
Our manufacturing process includes 3D scanning, CAD design, and CNC machining of our own molds. We have spent years developing and refining this process to maintain consistent quality, fit, and craftsmanship.
Because our products are made to order, please carefully review your selections before completing checkout.
- Order Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product specifications when placing an order.
Please verify your manufacturer, model, carry hand, holster style, color, and selected accessories or upgrades.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections. However, changes may not be possible once manufacturing has begun.

- Manufacturing and Shipping
Our standard manufacturing time is 7–10 business days after payment has been processed.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the manufacturing timeframe.
Every holster is manufactured according to the customer’s selected specifications. We appreciate your patience while your order is being made.
Manufacturing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or circumstances affecting production.
Shipping transit time is additional and is not included in the 7–10 business day manufacturing timeframe.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with your order.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on OY6D.com are in U.S. dollars.
Additional charges for specialty colors, accessories, or available upgrades are displayed during product configuration.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters manufacturing.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors, consistent with applicable law. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you regarding the available options.
- Our 30-Day Return Policy
At On Your 6 Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We offer a 30-day return policy beginning on the date the customer receives their holster—not the date the order was placed or shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returned products must have an approved RMA number before being shipped back to us.
Our standard return conditions are:
Eligible returns are refunded for the product purchase price.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Eligible refunds are generally initiated within 72 business hours after the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Please contact us before shipping any product back to our facility.
- Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty
We stand behind what we make. Period.
On Your 6 Designs proudly backs its holsters with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, broken clips, and other holster components.
If you experience a problem with your holster, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate repair or replacement.
Warranty Shipping Responsibilities
Shipping to On Your 6 Designs: If the holster must be shipped to our shop for warranty service, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to our facility.
Shipping back to the customer: On Your 6 Designs covers the shipping cost to return the repaired or replacement holster to the customer.
We believe customer service does not end when an order ships. We want our customers to feel confident reaching out whenever they need assistance.
- Incorrect Product Specifications
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have selected the correct manufacturer, model, carry hand, style, and other product options.
If a customer orders the wrong holster and an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
This includes shipping the incorrectly ordered product back to our facility and the shipping cost to receive the replacement.
If you believe there was an error in manufacturing or fulfillment, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
- Product Information and Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, available configurations, materials, and pricing.
Actual colors may vary slightly from photographs depending on lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing materials.
Product photographs are provided for reference. Your completed product will reflect the specifications selected when ordering, subject to any changes agreed upon with us.
- Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using purchased products safely, appropriately, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Customers should confirm product compatibility with their intended configuration and follow appropriate safety practices.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and other materials on OY6D.com belong to On Your 6 Designs or their respective owners.
Website materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used commercially without appropriate authorization.
